Lush pale pink wedding at L'abri

Today, we're excited to bring you another gorgeous wedding feature. Bride Lindsay Cline submitted her beautiful ceremony to us at TriadWeddings and we knew we had to share. Lindsay's sister-in-law described the ceremony as a "true fairy-tale" and we couldn't agree more! Lindsay chose pink (almost a blush shade) and grey as her colors, giving the wedding a subtle rustic theme- which fit both the bride and the groom perfectly. Lace doilies and baby breath center pieces in mason jars adorned each table. Pearls for decor, and precious suspenders on the ring bearers gave a nod to the past. The component of the wedding that tied the entire theme together was the classic, yet vintage venue, the L'abri. Take a look at some of the photos from this couple's special day.

How did you meet your husband?

"Patrick and I met through a mutual friend, 5 years ago.  We met on a Thursday night at a Greensboro Grasshoppers game.  After we met, we friended one another on Facebook and also asked our mutual friend for each others telephone number.  We went on our first date to the movies a week or two later.  We have been together ever since!"

Was it love at first sight?

"Yes! We seemed to of had such an attraction to one another.  We enjoyed our time together immediately as if we had known each other for years."

How did you two get engaged?

"We got engaged on July 31, 2014.  Patrick had developed a love for golf over the years.    I have always been a fan of golf, as it is a favorite family sport.  So therefore, I decided to take up golf for a hobby.  I had asked Patrick on Monday of that week, if he would like to play golf later in the week.  He was thrilled that I had asked because it would work out  perfect for the plan he was orchestrating.  So Patrick and I had a great time that day playing golf.  As we approached the 18th green, I noticed something sitting beside the hole.  As we got closer,  I knew what was about to happen.  Patrick proceeded with getting on one knee and asking me to be his wife.  I said, YES! My family began cheering from the clubhouse.  It was a wonderful day!"

Describe your wedding day.

"Our wedding day was absolutely magical.  My sister in law described it as a true fairy-tale.  The day started off being very cloudy and rainy.  We had planned for an outdoor ceremony.  However, we made the call at 11 am to move the ceremony location to the barn.  Patrick and I were a little upset, but as I began decorating the barn I knew it would turn out to be perfect.  As it became later on in the day, the groomsmen enjoyed one another's company playing cornhole, fishing in the pond, and playing frisbee.  As for the girls, we relaxed and enjoyed one another as we got ready in the luxurious bridal cottage. When it was time for the ceremony, I just couldn't wait to see the final product.  As I entered through the doors, it was filled with amazing decor and the people we so truly love.  The ceremony was short, sweet, and so romantic. The night ended with what we have been told as the best party/wedding of the year."
