Nicole and Cody Williams have been best friends since birth, and were close during college as well, just before they realized they were in love. Not only was the story of their romance classic, but their ceremony encompassed the same theme with simple yet stunning black peplum bridesmaids dresses, chic twists on tradition such as the jewel embellishments that laced the bride's gown, and a bouquet and venue adorned with blush peonies and white feathers. We loved every aspect of their wedding, from the light touches of gold shimmer throughout to the floral robes that the bridesmaids and bride wore while getting ready. Enjoy these breathtaking pictures from their special day!
how they met
"We had grown up together since we were born. Officially started dating at a New Years Eve party we were both invited to by our cousins."
"I worked for a CPA firm so he proposed the day after tax season on the beach, making it the best day of my life."
what was the most unique element of your wedding day?
"We had a hotdog stand that came out at the end of the night and served everyone hotdogs with toppings of their choice. Perfect ending to a perfect night."
did you use TriadWeddings to help with your planning process?
"Yes, I went off mainly reviews of other people in making decisions on vendors. All of my vendors went above and beyond their call of duty!"
