A Destination Wedding with a Local Touch

We're pretty excited about today's feature because we can tell this bride really put a lot of thought into her wedding plans. JJ Horton Photography sent us Alan and Ashley's beautiful destination wedding with a local Triad touch. The story behind their selected venue?  The couple spent their first anniversary on a Caribbean cruise, so when they got engaged, they knew the perfect way to celebrate their second anniversary - a destination wedding in Montego Bay!

They enjoyed an intimate ceremony at the end of the pier overlooking the crystal clear waters of Jamaica, surrounded by only eight guests, then enjoyed a private dinner underneath a gazebo right next to the ocean.

What makes this wedding unique (and why we simply had to share it) - to bring the rest of their friends and family in on the celebration, Ashley and Alan hosted a reception at the Bryan Park and Conference center. With seamless integration of their beach nuptials in their Triad wedding decor, it was the perfect way to share their new marriage with the people they love.

Alan and Ashley brought the celebration home with them and we adore the way they integrated their Caribbean wedding with their Triad reception.
